GLOMI provides relocation and guidance services, including but not limited to visa assistance, housing search, transportation planning, and other related services (the "Services"). These Services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

3. Fees and Payments

The fees for our Services are outlined on our website or provided to you separately. You agree to fulfill payment by the date indicated on the received invoice. Any concerns in regards to the invoice details or payment shall be communicated directly with GLOMI International via email within/before the payment deadline.

Payment ten days after invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Payments are processed electronically using third-party payment services, and payments may be made via major credit or debit cards.

Unless otherwise stated, all Fees are in U.S Dollars.

All Fees will be billed to your credit card at the current international currency conversion rate. You are responsible for and shall pay GLOMI International all currency conversion charges, sales, use, value-added, personal property, or other tax, duty, or levy of any kind, including interest and penalties thereon [collectively, "Taxes"] for the use of GLOMI International, whether imposed now or hereinafter by any governmental entity.

4. Commission-based Services

Certain services, such as flight booking, may be commission-based, with the commission determined by the costs associated with the booked service. Commission fees will be invoiced after the booking is confirmed.

5. Limitation of Liability

GLOMI will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.

6. Privacy Policy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided as part of the Services are the property of GLOMI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on such content without our express written permission.
